And we’re actually offering it for $650 per month for cartoonists or friends of cartoonists since that’s whom we’d rather be living with and would like to continue helping the cause. :)

Also, our boiler’s been replaced, and the heat is working just dandy now. Actually, I think they’re trying to roast us, it works TOO well. But that’s what windows are for.
